The Progress So Far.....

Well, here's the update. We have four sponsors. One piece has been sponsored by a sweet family, you know who you are :). The other three have been sponsored by my amazing daughters. We are prayerfully hoping that others can come on board and give just ten bucks for a piece of the puzzle. Remember, it's not giving money to the Warners. It's giving money to a child stuck in an orphanage without the constant love and comfort of a Mother and Fathers arms. It's giving money for a child to come home to his forever family where it's safe, where there isn't a risk of another devastating earthquake to take more innocent lives at any moment. It's giving money to a child who needs far more than we do. It's so easy to not think of these children because we can't see them, but they're out there, everywhere. We would be most thankful for any additional help. Thank you to all of you,--family, some friends and even another adoptive family trying to raise their own money, who have been so gracious in giving toward our cause. We pray God's blessing on you!

Will You Be a Piece of the Puzzle?

Welcome to our Puzzle Fundraising site!  We are very excited to be introducing you to this fun fundraiser!

The adoption process is very much like working on a puzzle.  A very complicated, detailed and drawn out puzzle.  We have been working very hard on gathering documents that basically tell of our entire lives.  There are no secrets with adoption.

One of the most difficult aspects of adoption is the expense.  Our adoption will cost, when all is said and done a total of about 30,000 to 41,000 dollars.  It depends on whether or not we are blessed with one or two children.  We have already paid approximately 4,185 dollars.  The largest fee comes when we receive our referral, if we accept the referral we need to pay an international fee of 14,000 dollars per child to Haiti.  We are currently working on raising money for this fee alone.

Would you like to be a piece of this puzzle?  Here's how you can help.  We have purchased a Haiti puzzle which has 252 pieces.  We are asking for people to sponsor a piece of this puzzle for $10/piece. If all 252 pieces are sponsored we will have successfully raised 2,520 bucks!!  As pieces are sponsored we will put the puzzle together.  Once it's completed, we will write the names of all the sponsors on the back and frame it.  Our dream is to present this to our child/ren as a gift and a reminder of all the people who helped bring them home.
